Fast Skillet bread
Who doesn’t want a fresh gluten free bread in the morning? And don’t you have time?
So this recipe is perfect to you….This bread is soft and flexible.
Just mix everything with a fork and then bake it in a small frying pan and you will have a very tasty bread in a few minutes.
Ingredients:
Serves 2
Prep. Time = 10 minutes
Cook Time = 10 minutes
100g of oat flour.
50g of tapioca flour.
1/2 cup of water.(if the consistency is too thick add more water)
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1 tea spoon baking powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
10g sunflower seeds
Pinch of oregan0
How to make this fast skillet bread:
1-In a bowl place the oat flour, tapioca flour, salt, oregano, water and mix well.
2- Add the coconut oil and go adding water little by little until reaching thick consistency.
3- Add baking powder.
4- Take a little saucepan and grease with oil. Spread the dough evenly.
5- Cover with a lid and cook at low heat for about 5 minutes, or until golden.
6- Turn the dough on the oder side and cook for another 5 minutes.
7- The bread will be ready when both sides are golden.
