1.2. Gugagreen.com only accepts orders for products through this website, suject to the folowing conditions.
1.3. The general terms and conditions of sale are the only ones to be applied and replace all other conditions, except express written agreement. Gugagreen.com can occasionally modify certain provisions of its general conditions, and it is also necessary that this be reread every time you visit the gugagreen.com website. Consider that when the order is validateted, the customer is automatically in accordance with our general sales.

3. Deliveries and Shipping Costs

3.2. The gugagreen.com respect the terms of an order as long as stock is available. In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, gugagreen.com will contact the costumer by email or telephone within 15 days from the date of the order, gugagreen.com will perform its best efforts to deliver products and/or services on the scheduled date, but cannot br held responsible in case of delay for any reason.

5. Payment Method
We only accept the methods of payment that were indicated in the framework of the ordering process. The purchase price and any applicable shipping costs are due upon conclusion of the contract.
Reimbursements and deposits are automatically refunded to the Empyrium Trading SA account, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
6. Purchase Resolution
6.1. The customer has a maximum period of 14 days to freely resolve the purchase agreement entered into with gugagreen.com.
6.2. For this purpose, you must contact us through info@gugagreen.com. The return of the products, as well as the delivery of their substitutes or the issuance of a credit note or the date to be agreeded. You should always return the products in their original packaging,with all accessories and the respective proof of purchase.
7. Warranty and Liability
If the goods are deficient at the time of transfer of risk, e.g. manufacturer error, or there is a wrong delivery, we will provide a replacement delivery if possible or a reimbursement. In case of failure of the replacement, you can request the cancellation of the purchase of the item concerned.
Our liability for own negligence and that of our employees, legal representatives and agents is limited to intent.
In the rarest cases where a product A is not available from a producer A in quality A, we allow us to by the product A from a producer B in the qualit A so that you receive a complete order.
