Organic Oat flour comes from Bauckhof farm. The roots of the Bauckhof go back to 1932. The main crops from North German agriculture were specially grain. The farm operate Biodynamic and Demeter certified. Bauckhof has been grinding gluten-free flour on a separate mill.
Oats have been recognized as a functional food, because provide beneficial effect on health and decrease the risk of various diseases. Oats also contain fiber which is great for digestive health.
