Ingredients:
1 pack of Asparagus (about 10 asparagus)
turnips
1 sweet potato
2 tomatoes
1 or 2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley and cilantro.
1 tbsp of ghee butter.
How to make it?
1- Steam asparagus, turnip and sweet potatoes until soft.
2- In a frying pan place a tablespoon of ghee butter and sauté over low heat all vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3- In a frying pan over low heat add ghee butter and fry one or two eggs with the yolk very soft.
4- Arrange on the plate and sprinkle with fresh parsley and cilantro.
