Delicious Boiled chicken with potatoes !
Boiled chicken is an excellent protein meal. I combined the chicken with bell pepper and purple onions… It is a good option for lunch or dinner. You will feel quite satisfied.
Servings = 2
Prep. Time = 15 minutes
Cook time = 1 hour
Ingredients:
1 organic whole chicken
3 bell peppers
2 purple onions
1 garlic clove
Himalayan salt, rosemary, thyme, oregano and bay leaf
8 potatoes.
How to make it ?
1- Cut the chicken in half and season with 2 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar, salt, bay leafs, rosemary and garlic.
2- Place to the oven at 150 c and bake until golden. From time to time add a little water on top of the chicken to keep from drying out.
3- Steam the potatoes and do not peel off.
4- In a pan put a tbsp of coconut oil and cook the bell peppers with the sliced onion until soft.
5- When the potatoes are cooked remove from the steam and peel.
6- When the chicken is finishing cooking add the potatoes and peppers with onion to brown.
7- Remove from the oven and top with the fat that the chicken dropped, and serve.
