Pre workout bars:
If you are going to exercise this bars full of nutrients is ideal to give you energy ! Or such as snack at the work, or when you travel..
Servings = 12 bars
Prep. Time = 20 minutes
Cook time = 30 minutes
Ingredients : (all organic)
Mix pre workout :
- 5g of maca root
- 2 tsp of powdered ginger
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 10g of cocoa powder
- 20g of quinoa flakes
- 15g of amaranth flakes
- 3 tsp of flaxseed flour
- 2 tsp of chia seeds
Cereal Bars :
- 30g of oat flakes (gluten free)
- 1/2 cup of almonds
- 20g of Brazil Nuts
- 1 cup of dates (soaked in water for 1 – 2 hours)
- 1 tsp of goji berry
- 10g of cranberry
- 2 tsp of sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp of pumpkin seeds
- a pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- 3 tsp of the mix pre workout
How to make it :
Pre Workout bars
- Mix all the ingredients and store in a tightly closed container. You can store for 10 days.
Cereal Bars
- With a food processor, process the almonds and Brazil Nuts
- In a blender or food processor, put the dates with the soaking water, and process until you get a cream
- Put In a bowl and mix all the ingredients and add the coconut oil
- Pre heat the oven at 180°c
- In a rectangular loaf, place the dough well mixed, and shape it to be very uniform.
- Bake it for around 30 minutes. Then remove to the oven and let cool.
- With a knife cut-out to the desired size.
Now you can store your bars for 10 days !
