Decorating of your Halloween’sTable :
Everything you find macabre serve to decorate your dinner’s table.
1- It is essential a pair of pumpkin. You can make your own pumpkin and it is so easy.
2- With a knife cut the top of the pumpkin.
3- With a spoon remove the entire inner part of the pumpkin.
4- With a hacksaw start to carve and remove the pieces that have been cut.
5- Cut the bottom of the pumpkin to give it balance.
6- Place the candles inside the pumpkin and cover with the top that was removed.
The use of other candles to decorate your table.
Your jack-O’-lantern is ready!

This is terrible but organic and healthy Halloween dinner recipes!
Appetizer:
Dead Witch Finger with cheese brain dip:
“Bread of Souls”
Ingredients :
500g Einkorn or Rye flour
50g fresh yeast
200 ml of water
A pinch of salt
Almonds or cashew’s
How to make it :
Pre-heat the oven at 180 c.
1- In a bowl pour the flour, and a tsp of Himalayan salt and a tsp of coconut sugar.
2- Dissolve the yeast with half glass of warm water.
3- Then pour the remaining water and mix it well until it forms the dough. Knead well and leave in a warm place covered with a cloth until it doubles the size.
4- Knead the dough again and form fingers and the buds. On the fingers put a cashew or half almond to look like nails. On the buds with the aid of a knife draw a cross, RIP or a monster face.
5- On a baking tray lay the fingers and buds and bake for about 30 minutes.
6- Remove from oven and decorate on a plate with some cheese, olive pâté or something’s of your choice.
7- The brain you can shape into a soft cheese.(like the example above)
“Vomit with worms”?
This is a deliciously funereal dish!?
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1 Red Onion
A pinch of salt, pepper
1 tbsp of butter or coconut oil
200g of spelt flour
50g flaxseed flour
50 g fresh yeast
How to make it :
1- With a fork mash the avocado well. Add salt, pepper.
2- Cut the onion into slices. In a pan add the butter, the onion and sauté until soft. Put the cooked onion on top of the avocado.
Pre-heat the oven at 180 c.
3- In a bowl combine the spelt flour, flaxseed flour, 1 tsp of salt and mix well. Add the yeast dissolved in warm water. Make a dough, kneading well . Cover with a cloth and let rise until doubled in size.
4- Form cookies in various shapes and with a knife draw morbid motifs as in the example.
5- On a baking tray lined with parchment paper lay the cookies and bake around 30 minutes.
6- Serve the avocado with the cookies.
Halloween dinner recipes for Starter:
Deadly Pumpkin Flan
This flan is made with organic ingredients and so easy to make. It’s soft and tasty. For the horror night that awaits you all, This started will give a healthy touch!
Ingredients: for 4 people. (You can double the recipe if needed)
1 medium organic pumpkin
2 organic eggs
a pinch of Himalayan salt
herbs such as thyme and marjoram
spinach (about 1 kilo)
For the sauce :
200g of macadamia nuts (veggie) or melted cheese in a cup of milk
How to make it :
Wash the spinach and cook with salt and a little butter. Put a pinch of nutmeg.
1- Cut the pumpkin into pieces and cook in the steam or in the oven, until soft.
2- Put in the mixer until it forms a purée. Add salt and herbs.
3- In a bowl beat 2 eggs and add them to the pumpkin. Mix well and place it into the muffin’s pan.
4- Bake for about 25 minutes.
5- Take out of the pan and place on the plate over the spinach.
For the sauce:
Option 1 :
In a pan put 1 cup of milk, and heat over medium heat. Add the cheese of your choice and make it melt. (Choose an easy-to-melt cheese like parmesan). When it is melted and thick remove from the heat and pour over the flan.
Serve immediately!
Option 2: vegan
In a blend put the macadamia, a glass of water and blend it.
In a pan add the macadamia, a pinch of salt, some herbs like parsley and a little pepper and heat. Pour over the flan and serve.
Tips : You can make pumpkin chips and place one in each flan to decorate. Just cut the pumpkin into thin slices and make drawings of cross, monsters, etc…
Main Course :
”Ghost Pie”
This Ghost Pie is quite appropriate for your night of terror, and very tasty! It has 2 versions : with chicken or veggie.
Ingredients: for 4 people
300 g spelt flour
50 g flaxseed flour (freshly ground)
Salt
Fresh yeast
50 g of Butter or 2 tbsp of coconut oil
500 g breast chicken
3 carrots
herbs and spices
Spinach (a bunch)
Peas
1 zucchini
1 red Bell pepper
Onions
Garlic
How to make it :
For the dough : Pre-heat the oven at 180 c.
1- In a bowl put the spelt flour and grounded flaxseed, a pinch of salt and the butter or coconut oil. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and add to the dough.
2- Mix well and knead. If needed put some water until it reaches consistency. Let stand Until it doubles in size. Roll the dough until thin. Make 2 equal doughs. One for the bottom and one for the cover.
3- Place (only the bottom) on a round baking sheet, lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes . Remove from the oven.
For the filling :
1- In a pan put the chicken, 1 tbsp of apple vinegar, a little water and cook . After cooked shred it.
2- Add herbs (oregano, thyme, marjoram etc), sliced carrots, peas, spinach, sliced zucchini, onion, garlic, Bell pepper and cook until soft.
3- Put some water and cook a little more. Thicken with a tbsp of tapioca flour until reaches consistency.
4- Pour over the pre-cooked dough evenly, and cover with the other part of the dough. Place the pie into oven and bake for another 15/20 minutes.
5- Remove from the oven and decorate. The mouth with olives, the eyes with egg or cucumber. Use your imagination!
As side dishes you can serve with rice, salad or something of you choice.
For the vegetarian version you can make only with vegetables of your choice.
Dessert:
Your Dessert will be much tastier with these delicious brownies!
I made these brownies with organic ingredients, and is very easy to make it.
Ingredients:
200 g organic dark chocolate (minimum 80%)
1/2 cup organic coconut oil
1/2 cup of coconut milk.
300g organic sweet potatoes
3 organic free-range eggs
1/2 cup organic coconut sugar
handful pecans and raisins
1 1/2 tsp organic cocoa powder.
How to make it :
1- Soak pecans and raisins preferably overnight.
2- Preheat the oven to 170C.
3- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a heatproof bowl placed over simmering water. Stir to combine and set aside to cool. Reserve a little of this sauce to cover the muffins, adding coconut milk.
4- Steam the sweet potatoes until soft and blend in a food processor. Add the eggs, coconut sugar and cocoa powder and blend until smooth.
5- Pour in the chocolate mixture and stir. Add pecans and raisins and stir.
6- Put into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20/25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
7- In a plate place the muffin and cover with the chocolate sauce.
You can serve the brownies with a ball of your preferred ice cream!
