Prep. Time = 15 min
Ingredients:
3 zucchini
2 tbsp of tahini
1 crushed garlic clove
mint leaf
1 lemon juice
Himalayan salt to taste
pepper to taste
How to make it:
1 – Steam the zucchini about 5 minutes.
2- In a food processor place all the ingredients and process.
3- Add Olive Oil to taste.
4- Place in a plate and put one mint leaf on the top.
