Walnuts Muffins is Delicious for your breakfast or afternoon snack!
Walnuts muffins are rich in antioxidants, a good source of Omega 3, fiber, vitamins, minerals and plant compounds that may help decrease inflammation. They promote gut healthy, due an increase in beneficial bacteria.
These muffins are also gluten free!
Ingredients:
All the ingredients should be organic !
MAKES 8 MUFFINS
100g of walnuts.
1 cup oat flour.
1 tbsp freshly ground flaxseeds.
3 eggs
1 banana
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup of coconut sugar.
1 spoon of apple cider vinegar.
a pinch of Himalayan salt
10g baking powder
1/2 tea spoon baking soda
20g sunflower seeds
cinnamon
How to make it :
1- Preheat the oven at 160 c.
2- In a blender put the eggs, banana, oat flour, flaxseeds, walnuts, coconut sugar, coconut oil, salt, apple cider vinegar, and blende.
3- Finish by adding baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sunflower seeds.
4- Mix well and put in a muffin pan. Place it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
5- Let it cool and enjoy !
