Recipe 1: Whole Grains
- Bring 300ml of water to boil.

- Bring 300ml of water to boil.
- Add 15g of ground green coffee in a french press or similar.
- Pour the boiling water and let it stand for 2 minutes.
- Place in a cup and enjoy!
