Gluten-free oats – how does it work?

Cholesterol-conscious diet with oats (Oat beta-glucan) has been shown to reduce the cholesterol content in the blood. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3g oat beta-glucan, which corresponds to 75 g oat flakes.
Oats are rich in carbs and fiber, but also higher in protein and fat than most other grains.
They are very high in many vitamins and minerals.
For this gluten-free tender-leaf oat flakes, the grain is finely cut and then gently rolled out.
With a lot of knowledge and experience, the millers transform the whole oat grain into fine flakes.
Compared to large and small leaf flakes, they are particularly thin and swell easily.
