Vegan Almond Cookies
These almond cookies are very easy to make and delicious !
You can eat every moment : either for breakfast or afternoon snacks. They are made with healthy and organic ingredients.
Almonds are highly nutritious and rich in healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. The powerful antioxidants in almonds are largely concentrated in the brown layer of the skin.
Make 10 cookies
Prep. Time = 10 minutes
Cook Time = 25 minutes
Ingredients:
50g of almonds
80g of pecans
100g of quinoa flakes
100g of oat flour
15g of chia seeds (1 tbsp)
1/2 cup coconut oil
10 soaked dates
1/2 cup chocolate 100%
a pinch of Himalayan salt
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon
How to make it :
1- In a food processor put the almonds and pecans and process.
2- Add the dates and process.
3- Add quinoa, oat flour, chia seeds, coconut oil, salt, ginger and cinnamon.
4- Finally add the chocolate and process gently.
5- With your hands knead well and form the cookies.
6- Pre-heat the oven 160 c and bake it for about 25 minutes.
7- Let cool and enjoy !
