The Olive tree is certainly one of the great ⭐️ stars of the “Mediterranean  brand”.

This oil is produced in a small plot of about three hectares in the municipality of  Poggio di Zora.It is an olive estate that produces excellent organic cultivation oil. In addition to the good location with plenty of sunshine, calcareous soil and a balanced climate, the secret of the best quality is the processing of the fresh fruit.

The fruit is carefully picked by hand so that it is not damaged. The fresh harvest arrives at the mill (frantoio) every day and is processed immediately. This care in cultivation and care on the Poggio di Zora has already received several awards, including from Slow Food.
